Today is Friday the 13th. Nothing bad has happened yet. So far. I feel like every other day is a Friday the 13th for me. Bad stuff happens to me so frequently that I’m going to be immune from whatever happens today.
Curious if there’s a higher rate of car accidents on Friday the 13th.
Anyway. Finished work early and taking my car to the mechanic. Last week when I took my car to get an oil change to my regular mechanic his team found two things I should get fixed soon:
Get the radiator flushed
Change the brake fluid
Better fix it now than pay more if you neglect it.
I have nothing planned today and best to take advantage of the free time to get the car fixed now. I’m going to be busier next week almost working 6-7 days a week so this is the best time get it over with and not worry about it.
So here I am now in a Starbucks across the street waiting for my car to get fixed.
I was about to do one of the two today and the other one end of this month. But I figured that it’s best to get it over with in one day. Getting your car fixed might require you to wait for an hour or two. It’s in your best interest to do all of it at once so you have time in your schedule to do whatever you want instead of having to spend another 2-3 hours going to the mechanic.
